Festival Rules

Anchor 1
  1. The All You Need Institute owns a private campground, and there will be areas during Beltane designated as clothing-optional. Any inappropriate behavior (ogling, comments about someone's body that make them uncomfortable, unwelcome touching, and other acts judged not in the character of our event) is grounds for ejection. Please make sure you respect other attendees and the community event we are trying to create.

  2. We value enthusiastic consent (loud proclamations of "yes", declarations of wants, and other respectful acts) between adults at our events. Do not touch anyone without their permission.

  3. No illegal drugs, firearms, or weapons are allowed on the property.  This includes flame-throwers.

  4. Due to other animals on the property, pets are not allowed on the premises (service dogs are welcome).

  5. Must be an ID'd 21+ year old to enter! If you don't have a valid ID, we can't let you come in.

  6. You are allowed to bring in your own alcohol, but please bring it in a plastic/metal container (no glass).

  7. Do not do anything that might disturb ritual and the sacred spaces we create. This includes playing loud music, driving around during classes and events, smoking or filming/taking pictures during ritual, etc.

  8. All attendees are required to sign a liability waiver at check-in. While we will take many precautions to make sure everyone stays safe and healthy, we cannot offer guarantees. No waiver = no entry.

  9. We endeavor to take a leaf out of "Burner" philosophy... leave no trace, eliminate MOOP (matter out of place), and leave the space as good or better than you found it (ie reduce the amount of trash you bring in, make sure to pack out all trash with you on the way out). Our land stewards will be available to assist you.

  10. Due to the sensitive ecology of this campground, campers will be provided castille soap for showers, non-DEET bug spray, and sustainable toothpaste. YOU DO NOT NEED TO PACK THESE ITEMS.

  11. Campers are responsible for bringing a tent, sleeping bag, toiletries, silverware, cup, plate/bowl, reusable napkins, etc. If you are renting a glamping tent, make sure to bring your own bed setup (inflatable mattress, sleeping bag, sheets, pillows, etc.).

  12. We are asking attendees to volunteer to prepare meals for everyone, but there are no guarantees. Please be prepared with your own meals. The outdoor kitchen will not be available for food storage.

  13. Please do not leave fires unattended, and make sure all fires are built at least 10 feet away from your tent. We will have fire stewards to to assist.

  14. We will either operate a shuttle service from an exterior road where cars are parked, or will allow a certain number of vehicles on-site to offload before being parked on the exterior road. Please be prepared to bring a wagon to help bring supplies to your campsite.

  15. Please don't drive drunk; camp out with us instead.

  16. Ty Siddiqui (dba the Wyld Fire Beltane Hunt) is not liable for any injuries or illnesses sustained while on-site.

  17. Refunds will be issued up to one week post-purchase until April 15th, 2025. Purchases made between April 15th and the event are non-refundable.  All refund requests must be received via email. Contact us at WyldFireBeltaneHunt@gmail.com.  This is a rain-or-shine event. Tickets purchased are transferable; we advise you to join our Wyld Fire Beltane Hunt Community page on Facebook.
